My experience of business is pretty extensive. Lots of corporate and finance and a fairly long stint with the civil service whilst running my own businesses on the side. The result of this?  I get it.

The reason why we started this venture is simply because we want to support and help businesses. We know how hard it can be to get up and running but we also understand how your business can get stuck in a rut, not making enough profit or not seeing enough growth. Or maybe you are running around trying to stay on top of everything – never a moment for yourself and not enough time for your family.

My goal is to help business owners spend less time working in their business and more time working on their business. In the end, you’ll be spending less time working yet be making more money. I’d also like to help you put the FUN back in your business and your personal life.

I have a Masters in Business Administration, Lean Six Sigma trained and numerous qualifications in Project and Programme Management. Lots of certifications in system implementation and a strong desire to help you!

Trish Grover

Trish has held senior marketing and communications positions across a variety of business sectors, including tourism, financial and legal.

Her current work includes copywriting – published articles (often ghost-penned), client newsletters, product sheets, third party blogs and web content. She also offers media relations, strategic marketing support, marketing planning and market research. Trish works in partnership with clients to support them in creating and delivering their communications programme to meet their specific objectives.

Trish is a self-confessed grammar nerd always ready with a red pen to add in missing apostrophes!

Brad Bishop

With an arts degree, Bradley has developed a 20-year career in the creative industry, and specialises in web marketing. He was director and co-owner of Innermedia and Areatrade for 12 years, prior to which he was a graphic designer and prepress artworker for a printing company.

His special interest is web analysis and performance, and getting clients a return on their web investment.

Brad has been working with Google Adwords since 2005. He has a proven record of increasing traffic to clients’ websites , which in turn increases the number of conversions and reduces wasted advertising spend which have the combined result of increasing Return on Investment.

He has achieved and maintained his Google Partner status for four years – it signifies Brad’s certification of his advanced knowledge using Adwords on behalf of his clients and recommends him as only using ‘Best Practice’ when handling their accounts in Google. He has to pass his Advanced Google exams annually to maintain this high level of expertise.

Brad’s in-depth knowledge of Google Analytics allows him to analyse the performance of websites and marketing in minute detail. The benefits to our customers is that he is able to communicate this information in plain English, highlighting ways in which to improve their website, and their marketing performance.

James Lumsden

James Click ReturnJames took a career change when he moved into online marketing, having previously enjoyed a successful career in the gaming industry where he owned a shop selling computer games and accessories.

Having now swapped controllers for a keyboard, James is constantly learning his new trade with courses to develop key skills to help him with his work and keep him up to date with industry news and changes.

His early working life was spent working on a submarine base in his native Scotland where he developed enviable communication and organisational skills – both of which are put to good use in his Web Designer role.

As well as designing new pages for websites, James improves the search engine optimisation on websites to help their listings on Google and researches keywords to ensure websites are optimised for the correct words their customers are searching for.

Tom Gainard

Tom ClickreturnHaving grown up in Somerset, Tom headed east to study at the Surrey Institute of Art and Design. Since then, Tom has had a successful and varied career within art and design both in an in-house and freelance capacity.

Tom has also dabbled in self-publication when he became involved with an international best-selling novel which topped the Amazon Kindle Chart.

His experience in a wide variety of areas – including Russian Art Week, Harrow Arts Centre and the London Stock Exchange – means his creative juices and passion for design flow whatever project he is working on.

He is always looking at new technologies to add another element to his design portfolio and has recently enjoyed creating intricate animated emails.

Kirsty Rogers

Having completed a media degree in the north east of England, Kirsty moved into websites with a role of Editorial Assistant on a brand new leisure and tourism site. Working in this role enabled her to hone her copywriting skills before being promoted into a Copywriter position and then Editor.

Whilst in the Editor role, Kirsty was also responsible for the company’s corporate website which allowed her to write more formal content in addition to the relaxed copy of the tourism site.

Following this, Kirsty spent five years working as a freelance copywriter working for an eclectic mix of companies. This experience is vital for her current role due to wide array of clients she now has the opportunity of working with.

Her people skills ensure she builds up exceptional working relationships with her clients, ensuring they are kept up to date on how their content creation is going.

Valerie Patard

I am Valérie or Val, I am French and I was born in 1975 in Le Mans (dept 72). I finished my studies in the Vendée (Luçon 85) and decided to stay to live and work in this beautiful area of France. Between 1996 and 2005 I was managing holiday homes for British families coming on holiday in La Tranche-sur-Mer (South Vendée coast) enabling them to enjoy a stress free holiday.

From 2000, in the winter I started helping British house hunters to purchase properties. I was then regularly meeting with estate agencies, and translating legal documents at Notaries’ offices, giving me more than 15 years’ experience in property and notary translations.

My clients are mainly British families owning a holiday home or a permanent property all over France, and those that are buying or selling a property. I also assist French companies needing to communicate in English (liaising with French artisans and their British clients).

I soon realised that more than just translating documents in writing, my services were required when people could not communicate accurately because of the lack of language. Many situations can be resolved easily when both parties understand each other, but when each party speaks a different language, it can quickly turn into a difficult situation to manage.

When I represent you, I will try not to take “no” for an answer and I will explore all the possibilities as if I were you. That is why the service provided is more than translating from French into English or English into French.

I will  provide explanations about the French system, advice on the way to sort out problems, and generally acts for people on their behalf in French.
